Understanding the many roles a business owner juggles, I've seen how the ebb and flow of internet algorithms can distract from what matters most—growing your business.
My journey began in the 1990s, fueled by a love for graphic arts. From there, I gained hands-on experience in traditional printing and desktop publishing.

Will I need to be available on my Website Design Day?
Yes, you will need to be available for your Website Design Day. You won’t need to be sitting on your computer all day long, but you’ll want to make sure you have your phone nearby to respond quickly if any questions or feedback requests arise. Also, you will need to plan on being free from around 3-5pm ET. This is when we will do the website reveal and work through any revisions.
What is a Trello Board?
Trello is the project management system we will be using for your Project Hub. It keeps us both organized and on the same page. Upon confirming your Website Design Day Experience, I will send you a Trello board to start completing. On this board, you will be able to see our project timeline and gain access to your Strategy Questions, DIY Website Content Writing Guide, Pre-Work, and Website Training Library.
Do I need to have a Brand Design before I start?
Yes. The One Day Website Service is an accelerated process. Because of this, we will need a firm foundation before we begin. Before you are able to book a Website Design Day Experience, you will need to have a logo, color palette, and type suite for your brand. The Project Hub will have resources to help you with colors and typography if you don't have these yet.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do! This is a big and exciting investment for your business. I want to make sure we make it as easy as possible for you to say “Yes!” and get started on your transformation. To help with this, you make 3 monthly payments.
Does my website have to be in WordPress?
Yes. We design your website in WordPress (self-hosted), because I have found it allows for the greatest amount of creative freedom, functionality, and SEO Performance for YOU.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes. You will need a domain, which is typically around $12-15/year and you will also need website hosting. If you add our Propellers Plan, it includes Hosting, Maintenance, and Support!
How far in advance should I schedule my Design Day?
We typically recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather content for your new website design! Make sure to check with us if you have a tight deadline you are working towards. We will do what we can to get you squeezed in and ready to launch!
Do you write the copy for my website?
No. I am not a copywriter and do not have this service available. We do, however, provide you with a DIY Website Content Writing Guide to give you an outline and guidance so you are able to DIY your website content. If you would like to hire a copywriter to help you, I have plenty of copywriting friends to recommend!
Do you offer provide website maintenance and support?
Yes, it is called the Propellers Plan. We handle hosting, backups, updates, security, and more, ensuring your site runs smoothly. Plus, stay informed with a monthly report. Click here to check it out!
